WELL........I have finally completed this... I actually started this some months ago but I never quite got around to finishing it
I was trying a new style of coloring and I'm relatively content with it for now....
I can't say I happy with the whole final product since its not quite as detailed as I wanted it to be (I wanted to add more to the hat) but I guess its alright for now until I get better :>

Planing this outfit was actually quite interesting as in my opinion, Mew appears to me as a "simply complex" Pokemon :I Its my most favorite Pokemon too so I had been very motivated in the process of its design
I think I'll draw a concept sheet for it some day as there's more to the clothes then whats drawn here...

and btw its not suppose to look like female or male as legendary Pokemon don't really have a set gender

what I wrote in my journal on its theme
"I chose a sort of Ouji lolita style since it seems quite childish and sorta "happy" [has] very poofy clothes"
